its simple .. just eat less compared to wot u eat at the moment ... exercise daily .. n in no time ull be fit n fine again :)

try to keep track of what you are eating... Try eat smalle rmeals and don't eat fast food... also ride a bike or walk to work or school... or just walk more around your neighborhood... build your cardio and eat helathy are the best ways
