This is my last year in school... I have learned lessons bigger than the daily lessons provided and test passing... I have matriculated three different colleges in three different metropolitan states and cities and the lesson is clear ... marketing and networking yourself is key... the biggest ever... All three have taught me how to work for others a goal that I personally don't desire to attain... In my three institutions I met many international students who for most would take their educations to their native lands and make a difference and home .. here in the US... what is the point many college grads walk across the graduate stage straight to their parents home to work at places where required education level is a high school diploma (flight attendants... Wal-Mart, managers and Mickey D's? So the questions is why do I need a College degree... I feel duped... someone older should have told me the lesson to learn in school is NETWORK YOURSELF and most of all never tell the whole truth in any situation.
