I love Indian food. some of my favourite are briyani, tandoori chicken, aloo paratha, palk paneer etc.

I like it, but I think it contains too many spices in just one dish.I've had friends cooked for my me nice dishes, but they have had little pieces of things that sometimes I cannot recognize what they are. I like the way the rice is dyed. It has such a brilliant yellow color!
