Hello to all, I have recently lost 80 pounds and I am on my way to losing a total of 100 hundred pounds. I have studied diet and nutrition for years but only recently or the past year did I decide to practice what I know. My weight had escalated to 275 pounds so I decided to do something about it I also had high blood pressure and I am very suceptable to diabeties being that it runs in my family. So if any of you need some weight loss tips feel free to hit me up. I am in the process of writing a book about my journey through weight loss and when I finally hit my target weight which will be around the end of April 2007 I'm going to post my before and after pictures for you all to view and if anyone would like to start taking some of my weight loss tips and would like to tell their story on the website I will build soon you are welcome to do so.

I dont have over weight problem. I am 5'6" and weight is 55. SO i dont know if i put on weight. But let me know your tips. So glad to follow them if i put on weight. Now itself my boy friend says i am fat, so i am sad about it. Please mention some of the tips.
