I am so frustrated with the situation my bf is in. He's buying a condo and since day 1 he's had problems with the neighbor. It took us 3 months to get it rented out. I started a discussion about his neighbor already but this time I've had it. The place is rented out but I think his tenants have had it with the neighbor also. We share a garage with the neighbor. Her side is full from top to bottom back to front. She has to climb over OUR side to get to HER side. We talked to the homeowners association and they said 'our hands are tied' 'there's only so much we can do!' we wanted to put a wall up to seperate her side from ours but we haven't heard from the homeowners association. Well yesterday one of the neighbors crackhead friends(did i mention she has people living in the garage at times, and people(strangers) coming in and out of the garage all day...well someone took a blowtorch and broke into the washer and dryer and took the quarters from it. The president said he didn't see who it was and that he couldn't get into the garage. 4 people have the damn key all he had to do was go ask one of them including our tenants! I'm so sick of this fuc*&%* place(sorry for my language!!). As soon as im done with this discussion Im going to look up the local news and see if one of their people can help us do something about this. Theres a reason why we pay homeowner fees and for them to tell us that there is nothing they can do is just BS!
