Why the repeats on the bulletins?

Why do people copy and paste, just so they can have the same exact bulletin as someone else? Don't they have a brain of their own? Or no imagination to come up with witty humor?
I thought bulletins were to update people on new happenings, not just to repeat what someone else repeated.

Sometimes I like polls. It depends on whether or not I am truly interested in the subject.

its kind of like an Email Forwarding, you know...share it with your friends. if you like this pass it on, or if you don't pass this on to 20 friend you'll never find your true love...crap like that. i don't do those things. only if its something important. everyone has different friends and especially if they're trying to let people know about something. i repost for some of my friends...its no big deal..but who really reads those bulletins anyway?? i post asking questions and never get any responses.

Just like other said I think the reason that I do it is because I like to share it to come your friends that aren't friends that posted it to the last person that did it. Its kinda like chain mail!
