runescape, do you dare admit you play?

runescape, a multiplayer online game... are you an adult that plays and dares admit it to the world? i am 26, and yes i play it (often hehe) i have also got others addicted to it (yes it is an addictive game). i have many reasons for playing it, my main one being that i have an 8 year old son, i don't get babysitters in while i go out and party (i don't party, and i don't trust others to look after my son in a way i see fit). another reason is that i am in a relationship, and see no reason to visit chat rooms and such when online, if it wasn't runescape, then it would be some other game, most likely on a games console or other. so... any other runescapians out there on mylot?

i havwe signed up for that place and i couldn't stand it. it's so frickin boring. i played it for like 20 minutes. i just couldn't stand it. the game is pointless. i would probably play some ps2 game online or play WoW instead.

20 minutes? so you probably never even left tutorial island, oh well, at least someone admitted to trying it, even if not fully playing it. WoW is graphically better, but i much prefer runescape

Once you get going it's actually pretty fun, although you wouldn't know because you didn't probably get much past tutorial island.

i started two or three years ago and played slowly just in short spurts not very long i recently came back to play with friends. i have been having alot of fun and upgraded to members, it makes that much of a difference though id recommend being level 50 or higher and have completed dragon slayer before becoming member. Many members quests and games require higher level stats and its no good to be a member without being able to get the benefits i started membership at level 65 but that is just me.
