Speed reading vs photoreading

Anyone who has gone on these courses, which course is the best and is it worth paying the price? I wanted to go on the photoreading course, but the disadvantage is that i am in SA and i am unable to go to america...but the self study courses are just as expensive, and i know that it is worth a try and i have faith and passion in these things. I just got the oppurtunity to go on a 10 month course which is 60 hours and it is been used for more than a 100 yrs, but is taught in 10 yrs only... let me see what i get out of this, cos they are guaranteeing me that this is going to work.
