Hi! I've never heard of this, perhaps I should do more research into it before commenting, but I just thought that regardless of that, you should be aware that there is no cure for autism. That's why early detection and intervention are so important. While your child can be helped to overcome his condition to a great extent, there is no "cure" for autism and it never goes away completely. I just wanted to make sure you knew this so no one could take advantage of you. There are people out there who will do that. :-)

Oh, okay, well, I stand corrected! LOL I just wanted to make sure you knew there is no cure. As long as it's a program the school is offering, then I'd say try it. As long as it doesn't cause your child any discomfort then it should help. :-)

I am a massage student and I did a paper on Qigong for children with autism (I am being certified in Infant and Pediatric massage)and from what I've found it shows to be very effective. Also,I would consider regular massage and diet(mostly sticking with whole foods)which has been proven a great alternative. I can email you my paper on " Pediatric Massage and Qigong for Autism" if you would like, but it is too large to send here.

I have never heard of this before! I'll have to look it up online, and do a bit of research. I'm not looking for any cures, by any means (not that I believe necessarily that there is a cure). I'd just like to help my son's various symptoms.
