from what ive heard from Duvall he fits into the slot, but no one can ever replace Layne

My husband and I had the chance to see AIC play in Atlantic City last March. They opened for Heart for a Decades Live Rock show (on VH1 Classic). Since we thought this would be the only re-uniting, we traveled from West Virginia to see them. They had William and the singer from Pantera. The other singer was not a good match, so I'm glad they stuck with William.
We then got to see AIC (w/ W. Duvall) play in November at the House of Blues in Cleveland. It was an excellent concert. They played three sets and in between 1 and 2, the band had a montage of pictures playing with the beginning of AIC with Layne and up to a certain point. Between the 2 and 3 set, they had some pictures of Layne in there but transitioned into William. It was a great tribute and a great way to show respect to Layne.
We ended up getting three guitar picks from Mike Inez (my husband is a bass guitar player), and we were about three people (standing) away from the very front. I have some great pictures.

Oh, and William does a great job fronting the band. He has enough of Layne's style to his voice that AIC has the same general sound, but William adds to it, so he's not an exact copy of Layne. (Sorry...got off of subject on the last post.)

I have William Duvall but.........Ok .HE was good but not like 'the best'.You can say above average .....May be 8/10
