Whats your felling about the two boarder patrol officers truning themselves in today as we are speaking. To serve a 12 year sentence for shooting a drug smuggler from Mexico.
Do you beleive that the president should give a pardon to the two officers?
My feeling is that the two officers were doing their jobs to protect our boarders. Justice was not served properly. I beleive that a pardon should be at order. What you say?

It depends on the circumstances, but regardless they do not have the authority to shoot illegal aliens. If they weren't police officers, which many of them aren't, I think we are talking about volunteers, they have no authority to do that.
They are supposed to call border control or the police.

All Boarder patrol officers are employed by the US government. To patrol and to protect our boarders against illegals crossing our boarders, smugglers, and any other unwarreted activity along the boarders. These patrol officers carry weapons, their lic. and certified to carry
a weapon. Shoot to lame or kill if need arises. That is what they are trained for. Volunteers, I don't beleive so.
Now, if your talking about the minutemen, yes they do not have the right to bear arms. Monitoring and hold at bay any trespassor violators until patrol officers arrive on scene.
