why does diabetic people dont care about their diet?

ive talked with a diabetic people and ive found out that they really eat alot since they knew that its very complicated...they dont mind if it will make their life in jeopardy.i think these people need to be educated so they will be more aware and be more careful about the disease they're into.

well for some reasons i do not know it could be possibly because of some addiction to the type of food they are used to and a change of diet would mean a change of lifestyle for them so they find it difficult and in some cases impossible to change their diets.

Not every person that has diabetes is like the one you describe. It's a life style change and some people just can't make adjustments or sadly don't care.
My dad is diabetic and takes GREAT care of himself. He watches his sugar, his diet and makes sure he gets the right amount of excersise.
Don't judge everyone with this condition based on the one or few people you've talked to.
