teenagers right now

ive observed that teenagers around 13YO and 19yo were already engage in this activity,especially to eastern country..most of them were liberated,..i guess its not their fault cuz their parents did not disciplined them well,they just tolerate the bad things their children did...to minimize this doings parents should be teach that its not right to have ... at that early age,,i suggest that they should tell their offspring that there will be a right time for it and its already considered adultery....and its humilaiting
