I am just wondering, in my knowledge many Americans specially the younger generations don't consider taking care of Old People specially the whites ( no racial points here) a great stepping stone or an great opportunity as a job? The pay is much better than working in an Office as a cleck, secretary, etc etc or even a sales clerk. Plus you don't have to work every single hour yet you are paid. Why is that?

because its seen as work for poor people and they don'twant to be considered poor. I loved my job when I was a health care aide. But I had to quit becuse I got sick.

Well to be a Registered Nurse(RN) of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) both take a college education. That's one point. The other is probably, that an office job at minimum wage is a lot easier to deal with than seeing the heartbreak of people that can't care for themselves.
