very experienced people.After 58 retire and take rest.

they can then pass on wisdom and teach others how to do best learn from their misteaks

I also think older people are the best thing society has. They have lived quite a few years and everybody can benefit from their knowledge and experience. I wish more people would respect older people more and treat them better, and not make fun of them. Hey, everybody, help an older person, today. It will make you feel better.

I think people over 50 are the best resource we have and they have lived many things and can provide wisdom of their experience to all
