Fights between siblings....

Is it normal for a sibling to fight.....i have an elder brother and due to some strange forces of nature we always tend to fight whenever we get a chance not like crazy kung-fu punches but just whr it can hurt a little...is this normal?? And also is it RIGHT if my bro. punches me and then get mad at me in return for punching him back...should i just take the punches bcoz hes elder than me...
