english...the language is confusing as it is.wat makes it doubly confounding is it is slowly but continually undergoing changes.at u learnt in school as a strict rule may no longer be applicable today.And the enormous vocabulary of words..are they necessary?words..they r meant jus to express urself.wen poor can say that he is in need of resources..then y make it complex by adding another word penury??
well..i am having a hard time preparing 4 GRE..so pouring out my woes here..ha ha

even i had dis dout wen i was preparing 4 gre.i had 2 b content by dis reason.
d different synonyms v have here have been derived 4m different languages like britain,french,german and many alot.each word has its origin.all dese grouped 2getther had given plenty of words.

oh im not tht much talented to respond u for this discussion..,the thing adding english words r to improve dictionary size juss kidding.......,they will give definite meaning to express our views
