Where do you advertise?

I was just wondering where everyone advertises? I, myself, use surf bars. My best ones are Hotcash4you (http://www.traffic.hotcash4you.com/?ref=747) they give you 5000 free hits and it's a auto/manual surf. But my favorite one is InstantBuzz (http://www.InstantBuzz.com/r/?SwayingThunder). I love it because you just download it and it's up there in your address bar. Every time you surf the web you get credits that go to your site. You don't have to do anything other than surf like you always do. So now tell me; how do you advertise? And why do you like that one best?

Yes hotcash works pretty good for me. For some odd reason it seems to send more hits to my other business and my personalized gifts mall more than to here. lol I have no idea why but if I can make sales.... Thanks for the response.
