Apartment or a house??? Which do you prefer?

After i get married i will prefer living in my own house because of practical reasons. If i live in an apartment, i will be paying for its rental monthly but in the end still im not the owner. But if i have my own house, though im paying for its monthly amortization at least at the end i am still its owner. Having my own house will give me the opportunity to renovate it or do anything i want with it, who care, i owned it. I am responsible for it and i can even have my own privacy.

i prefer a house of course. I like to have pools with fish, and a beautiful garden which i can't own if i lived at the apartmens. Apartments are for those with busy life and need to be in the city center / live near their jobs / can't afford to buy a house on the desired location.

You are asking after married then I will choose house. I like life in house with my family except I'm still single I will choose apartment.

i think i should live in house because in long time house should better support the future
