Call either your doctor or a hospital describe your symptoms to them and take their advice. It sounds as if you are in labor, and if you are, they maybe able to stop it so you can carry your babies longer. It's something u should do IMMEDIATELY.

sounds like braxton hicks contractions. they are practice contractions that get your body ready for real labor. the also thin your cervix. its completely normal. check with your doctor though to be sure.

I think you need to just call the doctor and hospital and ask them. They'd be able to give you good advice.

YOU D EFINATELY NEED TO CALL YOUR DOCTOR AND TELL HIM WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCING. EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT WHEN YOUR CARRYING TWINS.

My cousin just had a set of twins. While she was pregnant the doctor told her that if she could sing through the contractions she was fine. It sounds kinda weird but it worked. She went into labor at 31 weeks. She said it was the first contraction she hadn't been able to sing through so she went to the doctor immediately. They were able to stop the labor. She gave birth to two healthy boys at 35 weeks.

I have to disagree about singing through contractions. I have a set of twins and my stomach was so huge that I did not feel my contractions. I was at a regular checkup..they checked my cervix. I was dialated to 4. They hooked me up to moniters and my contractions were 5 minutes apart! 3 hours or so later I had my miracles. If not for my sceduled check up lord knows where they might have been born because I didnt know I was in labor!
