Obesity is a serious health hazard as the extra fats puts a strain on the heart, kidneys and liver as well as the large weight-bearing joints such as the hips, knees and ankles, which ultimately shortens the life span. It has been truly said, ‘ the longer the belt, the short the life. ‘ Overweight
persons are susceptible to several diseases like coronary thrombosis, heart failure, high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, gout and liver and gall-bladder disorders.

Obesity is as serious as CANCER !
It reduces the lifespan and quality of life in so many ways it can be compared to the worst diseases like AIDS and cancer .
Hypertension and heart failure ,liver failure, kidney failure ,bone diseases and joint problems, diabetes ,respiratory disease are all complicatons of excess fat in the body .

The brain is the only organ of the human body which functions independent of the others rest the whole body is inter dependent, so if your obese there will be an extra load on the heart , kidneys, lungs which in turn will result in other diseases,so it is definitely a serious problem
