do you cover them with plastic?
do you put a label or stamp your name on the cover?
do you place them neatly on a shelf, arranged chronologically (by author) or alphabetically (by title)?
are you comfortable lending your books to other people?

I also take a great care about my books.
I always keep them neatly in a shelf Keep them covered and when I read I don't eat or drink anything near it.
I lend my books only to those people whom I suppose can keep it properly.

Cool, we have a small home office thats where most of the books goes. Some are in our rooms. We have a small divider to store it. We only clean it when we feel like. I'll try to do what you does. Cleaning once a month.

Yes I cover my books and put my name in the front of my books sometimes I put a sticker on them with my name on the cover, and then put them neat in my bookshelf which I have for them to keep them all neat, and I put them in the order of the author that way I can pick out my favourite easily.
