There is no cheap thrill or great thrill. Thrill is a thrill come what may in whatever degree.

Oh haha, I see. You might not know what cheap thrill is. "Cheap thrill" is a phrase used to indicate something pleasurable that a person does--be it silly or mundane--it gives the person enjoyment! And it's called "cheap" because normally, you don't have to spend big bucks for that kind of fun. You do it just for kicks or a natural high ;)
