well is hanging the only way to deal a crminal and put a stop to his actions and deed??????????is it the right way or method of conveying a message of crime being punished???? . has it been properly conveyed ?if yes why hasnt the crime rate not decreased why do ppl stillsuffer.is there anyother way other than killing a person who inturn is punished for killing?????
