Twenty20 has been a rage both at the domestic as well as international circuits. The innovation doesn't stop at making the game of cricket shorter but also improves viewership experience by bringing in a carnival! But are these marketing gimmicks sufficient to sustain the game?

i think twenty-twenty cricket is a good joy but in cricketing interests i will not prefer it because there is no technique bolwers has nothing to deliver all the charm of old cricket will be lost by it it should be discouraged at international level

It's thrillllllllacious and great entertaining module. The ICC is already flooded with requests to have more 20-20 matches and neverthless they are here to stay and for a loooooooooong time at that, come to think of it you have a thriller match in under 3-4hrs ,a test of agility, wits, reflexes ,leadership skills for the teams, crowds going berserk with frenzy...its got all the making of what exactly a sport must be...
In contrast,50 overs matches are seeming like test now and tests?.....well they sem like a relic from the past now.
Do check out my poll and article on t20 at www.metarex-serendipity.blogspot.com
Cheers!

i think 20 20 cricket matches are definitely here to stay...may be some call it micky mouse cricket and to some extent it is but no one can underestimate the entertainment value of the 20 20 cricket. its really circkets answer to football. there is not even a dull moment in 20 20 cricket its total entertainment all the way. i think this form of cricket will help to attract more countries to cricket and help to globalize the sport.
