What does this new column of "mylot referrals" below the mylot earnings column ?

can anybody tell me what this new column of mylot referrals signify ? Below my profile pic, mylot earnings column is there . But below this column theres 1 more newly added column of mylot referrals .

That number tells you how many referrals you have.

if it shows zero , does that mean i have no referrals ?
