why do we need girlfriends???what purpose do they solve in our life??????

a good girlfriend will defenitely be aside of you at any problem and console you in your problematic conditions that will give you a great power to solve any problem...their affectionate rubbing of hands in your head will surely increase your lifespan.....

It's a natural, biological, social, ecnomical etc. cause and no one ever had analyzed it better than the people at the early stage of the bible, when they were talking about Adam and Eve. Were they ever right. If there is a recent analysis I'd like to see it.

If this is the sort of intelligent topic, obviously hatched in a moment of inspiration, that you come up with then I suspect you don't need a GF. Rather the girls don't need you. Try to aim a little higher next time or do you have to return the brain cell to the person you borrowed it from?

I was being sarcastic because the wording of the post seem to suggest GF's were some sort of possession like a car, something you could pick up or put down when it suits you. Girls are people not objects. As for the second quest. in the heading "What purpose do they solve in our life?" should perhaps read "What purpose do they serve in our life?" in order to make sense. Long and short, I just found the post completely inane!!!

If you "need" a girlfriend, then you shouldn't have one. Being in a relationship with another person should be based solely on a desire for companionship with that person. It's about having someone to share everyday things with, have support, friendship, romanance, etc.

No one "needs" a girlfriend. People enter into a relationship because they want to, not because they are driven by some need to have one. The purpose for having a girlfriend differs from person to person depending upon who you ask -- hopefully, it's for the chance at love and building up a solid relationship.

girlfriends can be there for moral support in hard times but alot of the time they are a waste of money

That won't always be a problem, because women also have money. But the answer for the question was read our mind or we have feelings too. Which fair to say.

Besides family members, one needs friends - that can be boy or a girl. The friendship will enable each other to share their views on life, understand situations better, help each other in times of need and further it helps understand the school/college topics better with discussions. If this friendship in later years turns out good relationship, then with the parents consent they can marry.

Nobody ‘needs’ a partner, it’s a choice. You can live all your life without experiencing a relationship, or committing to one. Though can you live with this decision when you’re hitting the age of seventy when companionship more than anything is the most desired aspect?

why do we need boyfriends? heck, why do we need husbands? i mean, if a kid is the only reason for procreation, i can just go down to a sperm bank, right? if i don't have a need for a man in my life, that is. you males make life no easier than you think us females make it for you. LOL
