Crossing Opinions with Bad or Good Boss.

Hellow friends, Did you ever crossed your opinion to your boss. How did you fill when you crossed, is it insulting to him or just getting better points from the boss for correcting him at some later stage.
What does the state of mind replies you?

Ive never had a boss that was hard to state my opinion to. Although there was one who use to be a police officer and he was very intimidating and hard to be around. He made me very nervous and I would start shaking when he was near by. I never did state any opinion to him, lol. You should just be upfront with who you are and put it out there in the open. If they dont like it or want to accept it then so shall it be... and move on with your life. Its up to you.

Hi friend, this seems to be a kind of negative reply about your boss, did your boss used to so critical at all the time you face him or anybody else faces him in your office.
what makes him to do that. Or What does he requires that may be illigal practices or else makes him get closer to you and shake hand to you.
