Well, I'm not the one who's looking for an online job, it's my younger brother. He wants to apply for web programmer though he's still studying. He is only 2nd year college taking BS computer science but he already knows HTML, XML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, VB, C and Adobe photoshop. Can you suggest a company who is need for web programmer?

I would recommend to look through websites offering freelance programming jobs, for example freelanceworkexchange.com, etc.
