How can you let go?

How can you let go to a person that you think half of your life is with you together? It is easy to say you let him/her go to make him/her happy, but its hard to do.

ofcourse yes, well its not half but may be more than that, its the entire life you want to spend with him/her and its not easy to let go, even if done so you will never forget the person for your life time, well it all depends on the person, how emotionally strong he/she is

I had manage to let go of a person I loved. What I do is get depressed for around one month then I started to think of my life. I guess you must do a lot of efforts to do such stuff. I keep myself busy like going online and internet helps me a lot. I even go online and chat in a yahoo messenger. I talk with friends, I even play online games, then time comes I can no longer feel the pain and I learn to accept it. I just continue to keep myself busy and time really heal all wounds.

its been almost ove a month before a learned to let go of my feelings.. i know its hard but after that i thought of getting my life back.. realized that all those times my life was only centered on that.. one way of forgetting is to think how you can regain your strength for yourself and rebuild the ones that you used to be..
