SQL server or oracle.. which database is user friendly for programmers.
what is the advantage of the same

I preferred SQL Server that Oracle because I'm using microsoft platform in web development. I also found SQL Server easy to manage rather that Oracle dbase.

sql server as u might be knowing is a product of miscrosoft which is major os building company all you need to see that major small scale industries use sql server as a platform for there work in original package it does not come with a database option that is u wont have any base table on which u can work upon you'll have to create one and frankly speaking if you r a starter it would be irritating
better go for oracle for u 9i as for starters its the best its provides database of its own on which u can work upon and if u need any help regarding e books software and paper dumps u can mail me at vedchugh2003@yahoo.com
