I need your opinion on this topic, In today's business culture, do you think it is acceptable for individual to act opportunistically and dishonestly to get ahead? Some observers claim that our current generation is simply nastier and process more cutthroat set of values than previous generation did.
SO, it is overly idealistic to expect individuals to act rightly, no matter what business life throws at them; can the average, decent person withstand the external pressure to make wrong choice or does it take a moral hero to do so?
Personally, i kinda agree with these observers. These days, business environment is very competitive, and we are often faced with dilemmas. Sometimes we have no choice but to do what we have to do to survive in this fierce world. What do you guys think about?
