Whats the last thing you do before sleeping?

well i first thank god for all he had done for me and for my family .....then i switch on the music and go to sleep.

Hhmm the very last thing I do before goin to sleep is actually three things in this order smoke a ciggie read smoke another ciggie drink some water turn out the lights ok thats more than three things LOL but thats how it goes every single weeknight (weekends are different) BUT come the end of Jan once I have things in order my bedtime routine will be changing cause I'll be adding meditation and yoga to the list

i will just give a minute to the diary to write what are all the things that happened today.. if a diary is missed then i will think that day

um. put on moisturizer. XD
