i love cholula here is a very good recipe for you hope you like it and do try this
Title: Hot Mustard Sauce
Categories: Chinese, Condiment
Yield: 13 servings
1/4 c Dry mustard
3 tb Cold water, plus 1 1/2 t
This is a hot and sharp mustard that is indispensable
to deep-fried and other appetizers.
Mix together mustard and water until smooth. Let stand
5 minutes before serving. Cover and refrigerate any
remaining mustard. Serve with appetizers. Makes 1/3 cup

hmm, tough one. i suppose my favorite is Crystal Hot Sauce, the extra hot variety. it's a sauce from Louisiana and it's nice because it doesn't have that vinegar bite as tobasco does. for a great chicken wing sauce - crystal hot mixed with a little butter then melted together. toss the wings in the sauce and grub with some homemade blue cheese or ranch!
