What are the best places in Mexico?

My husband and I will have been married 5 years this month and we still haven't had a honeymoon. Yeah, I know, it's crazy. We will get to go someday. When we do we want to go to Mexico. I have been to Mexico once. It was only for about a week and it was to Juarez. I would love to go to Baja and also Keno Bay. We have some friends in Mexico and would like to visit them but does anyone have a favorite place they've been to? Anything nice but affordable?
