Well salute to all the Dire Straits/ Mark Knopfler Fans out there. I personally consider the band as the best rock group of all time And Mark? Man does he rock? Methinks He's the GOD with a Guitar .Was 4tunate to have attended the concert in Mumabai. Well All U Great people have to do is to give your opinion about this Band/ Artist and also pick your best Dire Straits song. Be elaborative in giving your feedback . HI. I think that Mark Knopfler is the best guitar player ever. I really like their songs. If you have a bit time go to you tube and watch their songs. From new songs I like "Why Aye Man" the most. And from oledr, I like all songs. And of course you know that the band is from Newcastle, and their song local hero is the song of FC Newcastle.

Definitly i agree wid you.Sometimes i wonder how Knopfler is able to produce so much sounds from that guitar.His style of playing is unique too,with each song different from the other.sadly I 've not attended any of his concerts..
