Please help my mom!

My mom is on her last nerve. She would never hit my little sister but lately it seems like I want to more and more. My sister is one of those kids who in school are quiet and sweet but when she gets home she's got a temper and a very loud mouth. She's 10 years old and very spoiled so she almost always gets her way. But when she doesn't all Hell breaks lose. Here's an example. For christmas she got a game she already had from my grandma. So my grandma gave my mom the receipt. My sister found out that my mom had it and demanded it from her. SHe told my mom it was hers and she had no business with it. My mom repeatably told her no and to go and play. Finally she rips the receipt from my mom's hand and storms out of the room. My mom told her that if she keeps this attitude up, she's not taking her anywhere. She shouted back that if she wants to go she will and she doesn't need my mom to do so. Then she said she didn't want her to take her anyway. Another thing that happened was my mom asked to barrow some money from my sister to order some pizzas because she was short about $4.00. My mom didn't tell my sister what she was buying so my sister said "well if your not going to tell me, you better find someone else to barrow money from because your not using mine. Give it back right now." Everytime I hear her mouth off like this my jaw drops and I can't help but want to slap her. But my mom just puts up with it! She even yells back some times but my sister gets worse. My mom seems like she's just going to crawl into a corners and shrivle up. I want to do something but I dont know what to do. My mom's even tried to ground her but either she gets so obnoxious that moms ready to pay my grandma to take her for the weekend or she tells my grandma that mom said it was ok to go and has her pick her up while my mom is gone! Please somebody help my mom.
