vedio editing software??? there are lot of them awailable for W M A you can go for V C D cutter or supper decoder for cutting or editing for conversion dvd to vcd the best software is dr. divix ver 2.1 you can also convert dvd to divx or vcd to divx using latest ver of divx i.e divx 6.7
