How would you know if the guy is being true to you?

u know it isnt easy to describe, i have my half and i know it is him becouse i can feel it i wanna spend rest of my life with him. we have same expectation from relationship and see love in the same way. however we are individuals and our perciving of some issues vary. and yes we quarrel sometimes but after one word im again in love and forgive him what he had done to me. and what is most important i still trust him. and i still feel like he didnt do anything bad. and same thing with him.
