OVEN BAKE or do you like WOOD BURNING OVEN Pizza ?

Hi I used to work for a pizza place while I was in school we had a real wood burning pizza oven, and the people came back week after week just because we had a wood burning oven ! what do you prefer ?

Where I grew up in New Jersey there was a pizza parlor that cooked their pizzas in a wood burning oven. There is nothing as good as that. I can't find anyplace where I live now and would give anything for one of those pies!

Not only were the pizzas done in this manner so to were the calzones, subs, strombolis, etc. Mmmmmm!

I love the wood burning oven the best for pizza. However, I love pizza so much, I will take it any way I can. But honestly, the wood burning oven tastes the best.

I have never tasted wood burning pizza but I have tasted ovened pizza and that was very tasty so I would prefer oven baked pizza.

Both are really good. I think it's the crust that really makes or breaks the pizza.
