Can an honest person be a good salesman?

If a person is really honest, he/she will never sell a product if he/she does not believe that that product is good. So an honest salesman will only sell items that are really ok. And because he/she believes in that product, he/she will do his/her best to sell it. And that makes him/her a good salesman. So the bottom line is, yes, an honest person can be a good salesman. :)

If the salesman truely believes that what he/she is selling is something that everyone should have, yeah I think you can be honest and a good salesman but I think it's very rare I'm afraid...
