Please Help Me I have a Doubt using Google Adsence

Well Actually i have a blog which is about the Programming langauages like VB,.NET , SAP and all... i have also given the links for the Ebooks and all... but now i have heard that these thigns are illegal and ur adsence account will be terminated according to rules and regulation of GOOGLE TOS... Now what i have decided that i will have the information of a perticular subject like C++.. i will have a details introduction of C++ to Blog which has adsence activated... then their rather give the links for the ebooks and Tutorials, which are illegal, i will give the link to the another site (FORUM) which doesn't have adsence installed.... will that be okay according to the terms and conditon of Google.... CAN ANY 1 SUGGEST ME A WAY ANY ANOTHER WAY OUT... in which i can earn from adsence also with having a fear of getting my account terminated a
