recipe for revel bar

Does anybody know a good recipe for revel bars? I am absolutely ga-ga over oatmeal and chocolate, and would probably venture a business over this.

A revel bar is like a brownie, but it has oatmeal and the chocolate in layers. It's absolutely to die for.
