How do you think about Chinese people's public manner?

No matter you are a foreigner or a Chinese,I bet you have many to say about Chinese people's manner in public places.I know that Chinese are describer as friendly,warm-hearted and good at talking, but some of our fellows are really let you down in somen places.
China is preparing for 2008 Olympic Games,so that the government is taking actiongs against poor public manners and teaching citizens etipuette.I hope these can help those who behave poorly in public places to do better.
