In what way can you improve the present condition of Post Offices against sms ?

hi,its all thinking by government already.They want to change the post offices into small size banks and want to enter in insurance division.If the management think serious about improving the existing scene,it has good chances to diversify,as post offices have largest and widest net work in india.

i don't too much agree with this. In India only 20% people have a mobile and they can send greetings using SMS service to their relative but still 80% people has used post office to send letter to their family members . Post is still cheap and have strong network .

since SMS is now very indemand this days..it is already natural to received a greetings tru SMS...for me..i will appreciate it more if i'll received a mail tru the traditional post office..for me it sends more effort...
