Do you believe that singing is very good medicine??emotional and Physical??

in my own experience, I certainly believe that singing is also a medicine...WHY??? Songs especially the meaningful ones inspires us..the rhythm...the tone...the lyrics...the meaning...gives something extraordinary that reduces our pain....makes us happy...and makes us remember again the moments of our life...do you believe it???

Music is the only thing that is wih us for the whole life... and i love to sing and it gives more pleasure and freshness to my health.. thats y its beautiful to me...

Yes of course... I do believe that through singing you can release the feeling there inside your heart. Through singing you can express everything which you can't express through actions or even verbally to the one you want to express it with. That is why i sometimes got to sing mostly in my lonely times...

Yes its really good feeling when you sing specially when your happy you are inspired to sing. If you will feel the song with your heart it will help relieved your feeling or to be relaxed.
Songs cab be our nedicine if we sing happy songs our heart willl be joyful and maybe we start to dance also, It is also one way to exercise.

I've started singing since grade school, I believe that singing is a medicine, physically and emotionally. It reconstucts the concerns we have and it is an excercise to our diaphragm. :)

Singing for me is a good medicine. I've always believed it could cure ailments like colds or coughs... but ofcourse, not your own. I love to sing especially when I'm sad and it's a good way to vent for me. Even singing sad songs when I'm sad is very helpful for me. And after singing an hour or so, I get really sleepy and get a good night's sleep.
