I think if you are really happy, have the ability to laugh at youselves, not take youself too seriously. And gain confidence by thinking always postive , alwyas see the brighter side of things. Always plan ahead and have a focussed mind and have your priorites right. then you will not feel hurried, or get anxiety over petty issues as you will feel in control. Anf then you will have calm mind. Besides if you do deep breathing exercises, go for walks in morning it will stimulate you and you will happy. Also doing meditation and chanting prayers will help. then also find time to pamper youslef throughout day by taking small breaks at work, home so that you can clear your mind by chilling out, having positive thoughts and this postive vines will show in your output too. good luck.

I lose patients easily now because of medication I have to take to control my heart.
But I was a computer software instructor and have been told that I have more patience than Job. I love to see people learn and get energy from that but some of the times I seemed to be patient I was ready to stangle some students. But I never let it show and people learned and I was happy.

Just you use to count the numbers when you lose the patience and also just do some pranayama to get reduce of some stress then do some meditations for reducing the pain of tension... then it will be helpful for your patience...

I did that one time... i counted while i was closing my eyes when i opened my eyes.. the person i was talking to disappeared. Funny
