Not able to sleep in night!!

Once i start thinking about something my sleep goes away. And this is happening everyday. I tried every technique, meditation, yoga etc...but i am not able to get sleep. If i sleep i wake up early and that too not a deep sleep.
Do anyone had the same problem, or can anyone suggest a solution for this.

Its all because of the work you are doing.. and you should have to relax at someextent release the stress and tension in the ofice itself and listen to music and some other entertainments and it will ease your stress and it may let you to sleep freely.. try this..

Thanks dude for your suggestions. But i have tried all these things that you have mentioned but still the problem persist. I dont want to take pills!!

I hate taking pills. They only way out i decided is to get head massage every day. It let me feel relax and i can have a deep sleep.

Perhaps you could try this. Approach the night with some work. Keep on working seriously, not worrying about sleep. And I hope that after sometime, you will feel sleepy. I am not able to give professional advice, but this is what I have tried, with success, when I had a similar problem. If we wrok hard during the day, we may automatically sleep during night. But if you feel that night time is when your mind remains active, you can reschedule your sleeping pattern. dedicate some time in the morning for sleeping and stay awake at night. Or, see a doc and find out whether you are an insomniac.
