shilpa shetty-being abused racially -show your support!!!

first of all for those of you who do not know who shilpa shetty is ,well she is a bollywood actress who is currently appearing on the "big brother" show on channel 4 in U.K. the show is all about making 4-5 people live together it is a reality tv show with direct live feed.now the problem started a copule of days back for shilpa.the girls,all white anglo saxons ganged up and called shilpa from "a dog",to "she makes my skin crawl", to "the indian", to "bloody c*nt". of course today there was another dose of the same.the question is that we do have racial abuse as a part of the script in a movie ,okay thats understandable.to an extent.but a channel showing racial abuse of this kind on live television which at least a million viewers watch every day is not acceptable.it just gives out the message that racial abuse is okay when it is NOT! i think that racial abuse in any form is sick!i hope that you all agree wiht me.i have given some links below.the first one is an intro to who shilpa shetty is. the second link is for you to sign a signature petition to show your stand against racial abuse of this kind. the third link is a link to the newsreport on this story. you can also in addition to signing the petition send your emails directly to Channel 4 & Endemol (Peter.Bazalgette@endemoluk.com) or go to the regulators website and lodge your complaints.regulator OFCOM ( http://www.ofcom.org.uk/complain/progs/bb/ ) i welcome your comments on this. http://www.shilpa-shetty.com/ http://www.petitiononline.com/Shilpa/petition.html http://media.guardian.co.uk/site/story/0,,1991561,00.html
