Hard work is needed for some kind work like the constructions areas like that smart work is needed for some sectors like the software technology and information technology...

Nice commnets, but why we do not require hard wrk in IT field.... Suppose if our working hours are more than normal, then I suppose it is hard work :-) Isn't it???? :)

i think that both r relative terms.
just the name has changed but smart work is something that u can identify urself to come out with some creative thinking to accomplish the work and this can be done in sync with the hard work combined with means that can simplify ur work as well as make it less time consuming.
